The $4,500 package is designed for one manufacturing site, one defined process or product family, up to 10 SOPs, one site visit, one consolidated review round, and delivery within the agreed project window. Additional sites, product families, SOPs, visits, review rounds, major process changes, or urgent delivery are quoted as variations before work proceeds.

Why fixed prices instead of hourly rates? +
Hourly billing creates uncertainty. You don't know what you'll pay until the invoice arrives, and it creates the wrong incentive — the consultant benefits from taking longer. Fixed pricing means you know your full cost before work begins, and I have every reason to work efficiently.
What happens if my scope changes mid-project? +
If the scope changes materially from what was agreed, we discuss it before I proceed. Any variation is quoted in writing first. You're never hit with a surprise invoice for work you didn't authorise. The Manufacturer Core package includes one consolidated client review round; further review rounds, additional sites, product families, SOPs, visits, or major process changes are quoted separately before work proceeds.
How is the Manufacturer Compliance package paid? +
The standard Manufacturer Core package is invoiced in three milestones: 50% at booking and commencement, 30% when the draft HACCP and SOP suite is submitted for review, and 20% at final delivery and training. Exact payment terms are confirmed in the service agreement.
Is the $595 site audit fee refundable? +
No — the site audit fee is non-refundable. It covers the on-site visit, professional assessment, and written gap report delivered within 48 hours. Payment is processed upfront via Stripe at the time of booking. Card payments are subject to Stripe's 1.7% processing fee.
Which training tier is right for our team? +
Tier 1 is a focused foundation induction for up to 15 staff. Tier 2 is the usual choice when you want a full-day session tailored to your own manual, procedures and production environment. Tier 3 is for manufacturers preparing for an audit, customer review or process change and adds a mini gap analysis plus a written priority action summary.
What if we operate multiple shifts? +
The listed prices cover one delivery block for up to 15 participants. Additional shifts or repeat delivery are quoted separately so you only pay for the coverage your operation actually needs.
Is this an accredited qualification or formal WHS assessment? +
The three tiers are tailored workplace training and evidence-of-attendance services. They are not automatically a nationally recognised qualification, high-risk work licence or formal WHS risk assessment. Where a prescribed credential or specialist assessment is required, we identify it during the Compliance Scoping Session and quote it separately.
Do prices include GST? +
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST will be itemised on your invoice where applicable.
How long does a typical engagement take? +
The Essentials package typically takes 1–2 weeks from site visit to delivery. Start-Up Package 2–4 weeks. The Manufacturer Core package typically takes 4–6 weeks depending on how quickly information and consolidated feedback are provided. Complex, multi-site, or multi-product engagements are quoted separately with their own timeframe.
What if my operation is more complex than Manufacturer Core? +
Manufacturer Core is designed for one site, one defined process or product family, and up to 10 SOPs. Manufacturer Plus and complex or multi-site work are available from $6,500 and from $9,000 respectively, depending on product range, process complexity, number of sites, retailer requirements, visits, and remediation required.
Do you travel outside Greater Sydney? +
Yes — I work across all of NSW. Travel outside Greater Sydney is discussed upfront and any supplement is quoted before the engagement begins. Nothing is added after the fact.
Can I start with just the site audit and decide later? +
Absolutely. The site audit and gap report is a complete standalone service. Many clients use it to understand their compliance position before deciding whether — and how — to proceed. You're never pressured to commit to a package on the day.
